These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "you") and Sky Guard Security ApS ("Sky Guard", "we", "us"), a company registered in Denmark, governing your access to and use of the Sky Guard Security website, products, and services. By accessing our website, placing an order, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must discontinue use of our website and services immediately. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, dealers, government agencies, and other parties who access or use our services.

Sky Guard Security distributes professional unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), surveillance equipment, sensors, cameras, security systems, and related accessories. Product information, specifications, and imagery on our website are provided for informational purposes and may be updated without prior notice. We make every reasonable effort to ensure product descriptions, pricing, and specifications are accurate. However, we do not warrant that all information is error-free. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and notify the customer. Product availability is subject to stock status and may vary. Pre-order and special-order items are subject to additional lead times as specified on the product page.

All orders placed through our website or sales channels are subject to acceptance by Sky Guard Security. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: • Product unavailability • Pricing or description errors • Suspected fraud or sanctions concerns • Export control restrictions • Failure to pass end-user verification Payment is due at the time of order unless alternative payment terms have been agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards and bank transfer. All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and are exclusive of applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. For government and large enterprise orders, we offer payment terms subject to credit approval. Please contact our sales team for details.

Sky Guard Security ships within the European Union. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout and vary by destination country and order size. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier delays, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. We recommend that customers inspect packages upon receipt and report any visible damage within 48 hours. For government and defense orders, special logistics arrangements including secure delivery and chain-of-custody documentation are available upon request.

Standard Returns: Customers may return unused, undamaged products in original packaging within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer rights (Directive 2011/83/EU). Custom-configured or special-order items may not be eligible for return. Defective Products: Products found to be defective upon receipt should be reported within 48 hours. We will arrange for replacement or repair at our expense. Warranty: All products carry the manufacturer's warranty as specified in the product documentation. Sky Guard Security does not provide warranties beyond those offered by the original manufacturer. Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.

All content on the Sky Guard Security website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, images, software, product designs, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Sky Guard Security ApS or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our prior written consent. Limited use of product images and descriptions by authorised dealers is permitted under the terms of their dealer agreement.

Certain products sold by Sky Guard Security may be subject to export control regulations and sanctions. By placing an order, you confirm that: • You will comply with all applicable export control laws and sanctions • You will not re-export or transfer products to restricted destinations, entities, or individuals • The products will be used only for the stated end-use • You will provide end-user certificates or statements as required Sky Guard Security reserves the right to cancel orders and refuse future business with any customer who violates or is suspected of violating export control regulations. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sky Guard Security's total liability arising from or related to these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific products or services giving rise to the claim. Sky Guard Security shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or whether we were advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law. Sky Guard Security reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through our website or by email to registered customers. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The current version of these Terms is always available on our website. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
